Qualified public and expectations of new business were the highlights of this 2nd edition of Ambiental Expo, the event is consolidated as a business generating center of the sector, and its 3rd edition will be in June 2011.

São Paulo, April 29, 2010 – For three days, from April 27 to 29, the Anhembi Exhibition Pavilion in São Paulo, with the holding of AMBIENTAL EXPO 2010, was the principal center of discussion about fostering green economy and sustainable development.

Organized and promoted by Reed Exhibitions Alcantara Machado in partnership with ABDIB (Brazilian Association of Infrastructure and Basic Industry), the fair brought together around 120 national exhibitors and from other countries, such as France, Italy, Switzerland, Mexico and Taiwan, which showed great and new technologies directed towards sustainability of the environment, to 9,674 thousand visitors, in an area of seven thousand square meters.

"Our exhibitors were very satisfied with the specificity of the visiting public and with the expectations of future business. I believe we took a great step by giving the market an event committed to the new economy and to the future of the planet", says Marly Parra, Fair director.
